UM men are now taking donations for their annual garage sale. Please drop donations off at the church office or call for pick-up. Volunteers are needed on Wednesday and Thursday to organize, price and generally get ready for the sale. 
 
The sale runs Friday, Oct. 20 from 8 am until 4 pm and on Saturday, Oct. 21 from 8 am until 2 pm.

Join us at Whitaker Park on Oct. 29th, 3 pm until dusk. Sign-up for the chili cook-off and bring your creation to be judged! Decorate a pumpkin, pinata for kids, games for all. Hot dogs, chili (of course!) and s’mores! Fun and fellowship for all!
The Cub Scouts will host a pancake breakfast on in the FUMC Fellowship Hall on Oct. 28th from 7 until 10 am. The community is encouraged to come and support the Scouts.

TOOL TYME AT COOKSON HILLS NOVEMBER 7-9

 Toole Tyme is an annual mission event sponsored by the Oklahoma Conference United Methodist Women.  Join mission minded men and women as we gather in love and service November 7-9, to help Cookson Hills Center prepare for Christmas. 

The Cookson Hills Center is located in Cookson, OK.  It serves the rural, low-income people in Northeastern Oklahoma.  It offers social, educational, physical and spiritual services to those who are in need of such services.  (For more info Check out http://www.cooksonhillscenter.org/) .     

Friday night begins at 6:30PM with dinner provided by Canterbury UMW.  Followed by an evening of fun, fellowship and spiritual time. 

Saturday mission projects will begin around 8:30AM and could include painting, raking, sorting, cooking, folding, decorating, cutting wood, etc. 

Sunday we will worship with Rev. Meri Whitaker at her Church.
